4. Failed Deliveries

4.1 Invalid Address

If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, customers will be contacted for an updated address. Reshipping fees may apply.

4.2 Recipient Unavailability

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. After failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse, and reshipping fees will be applicable.

4.3 Delivery Refusal
